MUMBAI, July 2025 — Hurix Digital, a global content and tech solutions player, partnered with a significant global FMCG client to enable the organization to develop a multilingual, interactive training program for their employees. The project facilitated seamless, scalable learning for their 300,000 employee-strong global sales force whilst reducing costs by an incredible 46 per cent in the first year and sustaining delivery of over 200 GB of rich training content.
The project set out to tackle the challenge of providing training effectively across multiple markets, and the client faced several language, culture, region, and technology barriers. Traditional classroom training with varied materials and inconsistencies created barriers to aligning and improving sales practices and their performance.
Hurix Digital responded by conceiving a dynamic eLearning framework with localized, scenario-based modules featuring AI-driven language adaptation. The training took into account accessibility and interactivity and allowed the sales teams to engage in organic simulations in their native language. Supported by more than 200 GB of multimedia, assessments, simulations, and contextual learning trajectories, could be integrated into the framework depending on their region.
The program started quickly, bringing instant benefits. In the first year, the client achieved a 46% reduction in training costs due to self-paced, scalable modules that reduced in-person sessions. Participants were trained to efficiently understand and use their skills and sales capability across the organization.
