Challenges They Faced
The client required large-scale production of educational video solutions for NCERT textbook exercises within a short project timeline. Several operational and technical challenges needed to be addressed to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
- New Video Creation Workflow: The project required the team to develop video-based solutions for textbook exercises, a process that was entirely new and required building workflows, tools, and training from scratch.

- Curriculum Content Preparation: NCERT CBSE textbooks for Grades 6–12 (Mathematics and Science) were systematically downloaded, organized, and indexed to build a comprehensive content inventory.
- Content Segmentation and Allocation: Chapters and exercise sections were divided and assigned to team members for efficient parallel production of video explanations.
- Expert-Led Video Solution Creation: Subject experts created step-by-step solutions while recording instructional videos using digital writing tools to replicate classroom-style problem-solving explanations.
