About the Role

We are looking for sharp, detail-driven individuals who are native speakers of Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu (either one) — and bring excellent English skills to match. You will review, label, and categorize digital content to build high-quality training data for next-generation AI models. If you’re someone who sweats the details, works with purpose, and wants to be part of something that actually matters — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and label digital content — including sensitive material — in line with defined guidelines
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all annotations
• Contribute to building and improving AI training datasets for machine learning models
• Identify content patterns, errors, and inconsistencies; provide structured feedback to improve annotation standards
• Adhere to quality, security, and compliance protocols at all times
• Collaborate with QA analysts and delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate data output

Who You Are

✅ Native speaker of Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu ✅ Excellent English skills — reading, writing, and speaking (C1 level minimum) ✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher ✅ Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical thinking ✅ Private workspace with a stable internet connection ✅ Comfortable working with all types of content, including sensitive material ⭐ Bonus: Prior experience in content moderation, data annotation, or digital review ⭐ Bonus: Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data labeling workflows

Step 4 — Final Versant Test (Shortlisted Candidates Only) 🏆 Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take the official Versant Test administered directly by our client — your final clearance to join the project.
