Our team makes sure that all project deliverables meet the quality standards that are described in the quality management plan. All the change requests are documented in accordance with the process defined in the project management plan. Throughout the project life cycle, these activities are performed to ensure that the project progresses towards the stated goal.
As the final step in project management, we will lead the project closure process. We carefully go through this process and ensure that all documentation and artifacts are carefully constructed and maintained to guide future projects of a similar nature.
