Auto Styling with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tool
Our AI tool was developed for auto styling the word files and converting them into validated XML, which is fed as an input to our automated page composition software.
Our page composition process involves Adobe InDesign and conversions using InDesign (XML/Tagged Text/Word), 3B2 (ASCII & XML), and TeX/LaTeX (XML).

Proof PDF Development
We use the DPS (Directory Publishing System) tool to paginate and create Proof PDF.
With this software, we ensure that the placement of tables, figures, base alignment, etc., are accurate.
The XML-validated files are extracted from the server and DPS automatically picks the template and images from the server, the flow of the content, generates the application files (3B2 file or InDesign file) and creates the PDF for proofing.
The tool also takes care of page number sequencing, recto, verso, and run-on article or separate-page article.
We enable authors and editors to proof check the PDF files using our customized author proofing tool – KITABOO Edit. This e-proofing platform helps reduce the correction rounds and turnaround time (TAT) in the author review stage.
