Key Challenges

The organization set out to create a short, asynchronous AI course that would help working professionals become confident, capable users of AI tools through hands-on practice rather than theoretical instruction. While the goal was clear, delivering a learning experience that truly changed workplace behavior presented several challenges:
  • Designing Practice-Driven Learning Experiences – The course needed to move beyond lectures and theory, enabling learners to build real-world AI skills through scenario-based activities that mirrored workplace tasks.
