Mumbai, Maharashtra, India — Recently, Hurix Digital partnered with a global FMCG Company that needed a solution to develop interactive sales simulations in less than six weeks. The company had traditionally delivered sales training solutions using a range of product media – live instructor-led workshops, PDFs, classroom deliveries, etc. – with limited opportunities to provide practical readiness, requiring considerable time and effort. To stay competitive in an ever-changing FMCG environment, the Company began looking for scalable digital learning solutions, such as simulations that replicate and immerse colleagues into real-life selling situations in real-time.
Hurix Digital immediately began launching the first set of modules, a dynamic suite of sales simulations for vast customer interactions, objection handling, product positioning, and more. Developed using scenario-based branches, the modules provided the participants with the above learning sequences and follow-up feedback to guide their learning paths through key competencies. The Company, Hurix Digital, also provided the participant with richer media content, branching-diagnostic dialogue, good decision paths, media access on tablets and mobile, and face-to-face learning.
Hurix Digital provided a complete learning package that is fully SCORM compliant and is integrated with the client’s LMS in under six weeks. The results are impressive. The simulation reduced the average onboarding time by almost 30% and enhanced trainees’ responsiveness to customer objections during field trials. Sales managers provided feedback that confident and capable sales reps reached quota faster and received compliments from both the learners and the leadership.
