We are looking for a 6+ years Business Analyst with strong experience working on technical project delivery. The role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring the successful execution of complex technology projects
Requirement Analysis & Documentation
● Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
● Translate business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
● Create process flows, data models, and system interaction diagrams, Technical Project Support
● Work closely withthe Engineering and Architecture teams to validate feasibility and design
● Support solution design, integrations, APIs, and system workflows
● Clarify requirements during development, testing, and deployment phases Agile Delivery & Execution ● Act as Product Owner / Proxy PO where required
● Groom and prioritize backlogs, support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
● Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery and UAT sign-off
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
● Act as the bridge between business, product, QA, and development teams
● Manage change requests, impact analysis, and scope control
● Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness
Skills in the spotlight:
● 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technical project delivery
● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum
● Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, data fl ows, and system architecture
● Expertise in requirement documentation and stakeholder communication
● Experience working closely with engineering and QA teams Good to Have
● Domain experience in SaaS, Enterprise Platforms, EdTech, BFSI, Healthcare, or Digital Products
● Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices-based systems
● Experience with tools: JIRA, Confl uence, SQL, Postman, Lucidchart/Visio, Figma
● Prior experience in large-scale or enterprise implementations Behavioral Competencies
