Mumbai, Maharashtra, India — Hurix Digital is a global provider of digital content and technology solutions and has partnered with a leading enterprise client to co-design and deliver a range of training solutions for pre‑sales consultants. The project’s overall goal was to provide training solutions to enhance the pre-sales capability with engaging, real-world learning experiences that would improve consultant performance and customer engagement. 

The client faced an increasing challenge of providing standard and applicable training to retain pre-sales teams across global regions. The existing self-directed learning methods, slide decks with the occasional workshop, were insufficient to build confidence with live demos and objection management, or even technical deep dives. The project required a modern, immersive solution to bridge the gaps. 

Hurix Digital created a suite of engaging modules that emulate realistic pre-sales scenarios. Participants engage with transacting branching dialogues, react to objections that participants bring to the scenarios, and practice positioning through engagement role-play learning. The platform design included video demonstrations, knowledge checks, and scenario-based assessments, all of which are SCORM compliant and integrated into the organisation’s LMS. 

Since deploying the platform, there has been an increase in engagement and competency. Pre-sales consultants regularly report elevated confidence levels when conducting client pitches, while managers report enhanced demo effectiveness and improved speed to readiness in the field. This shift from a theoretical experience to a real experiential learning model is changing the approach sold by many pre-sales consultants to their role, and achievable sales team readiness, and finding successful input to their business pipeline.
