Payroll Executive

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to become the backbone of our payroll department. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our employees receive their salaries accurately and on time, while adhering to all necessary regulations.

What you’ll do:

• Own the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to salary disbursement.
• Become a compliance whiz, guaranteeing adherence to PF, ESIC, PTAX, and other regulations.
• Leverage your Tally expertise to manage payroll processing, reconciliation (within an X% accuracy rate), and reporting seamlessly.
• Prepare and submit monthly and yearly returns, keeping our financial records accurate.
• Maintain meticulous records and collaborate with the finance team for effortless statement preparation.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Tally software, including voucher creation, report generation, and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of statutory compliance regulations (PF, ESIC, PTAX, etc.).
• Possesses a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
