| Relevant parts of the CDD are shared with you to obtain feedback before the sign-off on the requirements and design elements for the content. |
| 2. Development |
| The development process is governed by CDD. To begin with, several User Interface designs are created and sent to you for review and feedback. Then all the necessary changes are incorporated into the design. Simultaneously, the overall visual design for the whole package is also created and subjected to your review and approval.
Once the entire visual design strategy has been finalized and frozen with your approval, design guidelines and checklists are created to guide the design team in the execution of the design strategy. The team then creates a prototype based on the documented guidelines, which is again sent to you for review and approval.
Only then does the rest of the work to create the whole visual package go ahead. Even during this process, the results are subjected to internal reviews besides being sent to you for your review and approval. |
| 3. Delivery |
| The Hurix Quality Assurance Team members (including proofreaders, instructional designers, and software engineers) carry out an integrated test for the completed courseware prior to delivery. The first version that is delivered is the Alpha version. Any changes or improvements that may be required by you are incorporated into the package before a second, Beta version, is delivered and further reviewed. Once again, any changes/corrections/improvements required by you are integrated before the final delivery of the finished product, the Gold version. |
