Content Development
Content development involves creativity. It takes innovation, imagination, and passion to create content that is engaging, entertaining, and rewarding. Our content development team is among the best in the industry. The Hurix Way of creating content involves the following steps:

1. Analysis & Design

The Hurix design team creates the following documents based on client inputs:

		Target Audience Analysis
		Learning Needs Analysis
		Instructional Strategy
		Instructional Design - High level and low level
		Instructional Templates
		Visual and Usability Design
		Guidelines and Checklists

These documents are shared with the client to obtain feedback and a subsequent sign-off on the requirements and design elements for the content.

2. Development

The instructional designers review the storyboards created. Graphics team leads monitor the development of the graphic elements. The content is then proofread. Client reviews are an integral part of the development process and are carried out at pre-determined stages of the development process. Typical quality assurance steps are:

		ID storyboard review
		Client storyboard review (if required)
		Technical accuracy review
		Graphics review
		Proofreading
		Hurix unit test
		Client unit test (if required)

3. Delivery

The Hurix Quality Assurance Team members (including proofreaders, instructional designers, and software engineers) carry out an integrated test for the completed courseware prior to client review and delivery.
