Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. CMMI was created by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University in conjunction with members of industry and government.

| At Hurix, we believe that processes are key to delivering the value that we promise our clients. To put this belief into practice, we have selected the SEI CMMI process model as a base for our process implementation.
We have embarked upon a CMMI certification initiative that has seen us appraised at Maturity Level 4. We intend to achieve Maturity Level 5 within the next 9-12 months.
