Subrat has over a decade of technology-based services experience. Prior to setting up Hurix, Subrat was a member of the senior management team of a technology firm in India, where his primary responsibility involved business development in the United States. Over the years, he has built key client relationships with a number of Global Fortune 500 companies.
Subrat believes that the global content industry is undergoing a fundamental transformation driven by the changing content consumption pattern of the end-user and the availability and adoption of global development framework by businesses. The content business ecosystem is rapidly changing and Subrat loves to evangelize on what is likely to be the shape of the next generation of content business. Subrat’s goal is to make Hurix the preferred Thought Partner of future market leaders in the content business.
Subrat is gizmo-crazy and is always looking for the next best thing technology has to offer. His dream is to setup a personal robotics lab.
Subrat holds a bachelor's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a master's in business administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. |

Hari started his career in the technology sector. He has also worked as an equity analyst in the Indian IT services sector. Following this, he was an investment banker with the Bank of America, Hong Kong, in their technology banking and M&A practice. His varied experience has helped him gain a keen understanding of which business models work best for the different business verticals.
In 2000, Hari quit his investment banking job to set up Hurix, along with Subrat. Hari's great passion is to develop the perfect business model for Hurix in order to maximize value for all its key stakeholders – employees, clients, shareholders, and management. He is also constantly on the lookout for Hurix to capitalize on emerging business trends in the digital content space, learning process outsourcing and smart-sourcing.
Hari holds an M.B.A from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Hari is well read and a self-confessed news freak. He loves soccer and is an ardent fan of the Liverpool Football Club. |

Srikanth Subramanian |

A part of the management team, Srikanth's main responsibility is heading Hurix's sales team in the US, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Hurix, Srikanth was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Dallas where he developed strong senior management client relationships and was part of several technology-related engagements. Srikanth started his business career in 1995 as a Currency Trader at Credit Lyonnais in Mumbai.
Srikanth has a Master's in business from the University of Texas and a Bachelor's in Physics from the University of Madras. |

Ravi has more than 25 years of IT experience in Operations, Application Software Development, Program and Delivery Management. His diverse skills across platforms comprise experience in managing multiple, concurrent software development projects, deliveries, turnaround and crisis management.
His past employment history in the S/W industry comprises 2 years of consulting experience in ERP (SAP R/3) in the roles of Technical Consultant as well as Program Manager, with L&T Infotech, Mumbai and Logix Microsystems, Bangalore. In the last six years prior to joining Hurix, Ravi was heading the Indian operations of IT&e Ltd., Sydney, a leader in financial services domain. In addition to overseeing the development and delivery of a web enabled investment banking product for MNC Banks in Australia, Ravi was also responsible for the successful setting up and management of the Company’s Chennai Development Centre.
Ravi has Masters Degrees in Science (MSc) and Computer Applications (MCA) both from the University of Madras and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from IGNOU. |

Rahul has a decade of experience in leading teams in the content development, localization and education industries. Currently, he heads sales and delivery functions for the business unit Hurix Learning.
An entrepreneur at heart, Rahul’s greatest passion and dream is to make the Hurix content team the best in India. With his energy and never-say-die spirit, he is well on his way to accomplishing that dream.
When not meeting clients or strategizing on the road map for Hurix Learning Rahul loves to read English fiction and management books, or watch movies.
Rahul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. |
